Pasadena, is one of the most popular cities in Los Angeles. Partly because the city hosts the annual Rose Bowl, the oldest and most prestigious college football game in the US. It also hosts the grand and spectacular, Tournament of the Roses parade, which goes along with the Rose Bowl. Pasadena offers a refreshing change of pace from the big cities. With one of the pleasantest cityscape in the world, Pasadena will enchant you and leave you begging for more.

The city has a lot to offer, to even the most seasoned of travellers. It is home to many sites of historical and cultural significance. As a matter of fact, the entire city is somewhat of a heritage site. Travellers can travel down to Bungalow Heaven, a neighbourhood of small craft houses, which was built in the nineteen hundreds. Not only is it a residential district, it is also a city landmark, with annual historic tours taking place. Orange Grove Boulevard is another residential area of note. In addition to being the starting point of the Tournament of Roses Parade, the neighbourhood is where the rich and the famous reside.

There are several museums you can visit. With displays ranging from historical exhibits to ones designed just for children, they are not only educational, but also enjoyable. The Pasadena Museum of History showcases historical exhibits, some of which have a slightly off beat nature- like the collection of latter day hats. You can catch a play at the Pasadena Playhouse, or enjoy some Shakespeare at the Pasadena Shakespeare Company. Art lovers will be enthralled by the displays at the Pasadena Museum of California Art. You can even take an Art Walking Tour around Pasadena, which lasts about half an hour. With a diverse array of attractions, there is bound to be something to suit everyone's taste.
